Concrete Carpenters - Stripping Crew

Location: Augusta, Maine

We are looking for dependable, hardworking Concrete Carpenters to join our stripping crew in Augusta, Maine. The ideal candidates will have experience working with concrete forms and be comfortable with the physical demands of stripping, dismantling, cleaning, and preparing forms for the next pour.

Responsibilities

  • Strip and dismantle concrete forms after concrete has cured
  • Safely remove formwork, bracing, shoring, and related materials
  • Clean, organize, and prepare forms for reuse
  • Assist with setting, assembling, and repairing wood and metal forms as needed
  • Handle lumber, panels, hardware, and construction materials
  • Assist carpenters and concrete crews with daily job-site tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Use hand and power tools safely and properly
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production schedules

Qualifications

  • Previous concrete, formwork, carpentry, or construction experience preferred
