NOW HIRING: Concrete Finishers
Alta Paving & Concrete - Building the Mountain West, One Project at a Time
Alta Paving & Concrete is growing fast and looking for skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. If you take pride in craftsmanship, show up ready to work, and want to be part of a crew that respects your skill and your time, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
  • Finish high-quality concrete flatwork, curb & gutter, sidewalks, approaches, and slabs
  • Set forms, prep sub-grade, place and screed concrete
  • Perform edging, jointing, troweling, broom finishes, and power trowel work
  • Install rebar, mesh, dowels, and reinforcement
  • Work safely, efficiently, and as part of a tight-knit crew

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of concrete finishing experience (flatwork or curb & gutter preferred)
  • Ability to read grades, layout lines, and follow direction
  • Skilled with hand tools and finishing equipment
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
