This company is an Associate Owned Company which is the difference between a job versus an opportunity. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Finisher / Foreman.  This is a great opportunity for growth and advancement.  Pay is commensurate with skills and experience. 

Description: The applicant will be working in residential and commercial settings. The Concrete Finisher / Foreman will be responsible for the day to day operations of his assigned concrete crew, and will be running grade, finishing concrete, running equipment and organizing concrete associates. The job will progress as the applicant gains experience in the field. Ideal candidate will be able and willing to set wall forms for basements and large foundation projects. Must be a hands-on, self-motivated leader. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Skilled at forming curb, driveways, sidewalks
  • Quality interior and exterior concrete finishing applications
  • Operate power trowel properly (understand patterns)
  • Use saw to cut expansion joints
  • Work in a team environment
  • Ability to screed, bull/hand float and rebar tying

Required Experience:

  • 2 years concrete finisher experience
  • 2 years supervisory experience
