Job description

Haven Concierge Transport is seeking dependable, compassionate, service-minded drivers to join our growing team.


We provide thoughtful, door-to-door transportation for seniors, individuals with mobility needs, patients traveling to medical appointments, and families and individuals who value exceptional service.


At Haven, every ride is a concierge experience. Our drivers take the time to make passengers feel comfortable, respected, safe, and cared for—from the moment they are greeted until they arrive at their destination.


We are currently seeking **part-time and relief drivers** to assist with scheduled trips, days off, overflow transportation, and occasional last-minute requests.


### What You’ll Do


• Safely operate a Haven company vehicle, including our wheelchair-accessible Toyota Sienna

• Provide attentive, door-to-door assistance

• Warmly greet passengers and assist with bags, walkers, wheelchairs, and mobility needs when appropriate

• Safely operate wheelchair accessibility equipment and securements after completing Haven training

• Create a calm, comfortable, and professional experience for every passenger

• Keep the vehicle exceptionally clean, fueled, and ready for service

• Follow Haven safety, cleaning, privacy, and transportation procedures

• Use scheduling and GPS tools and complete required trip documentation

• Communicate professionally with passengers, families, facilities, and the Haven team

• Be available during agreed-upon part-time or relief scheduling windows


### What We’re Looking For


• Valid Tennessee driver license with **F (For-Hire) endorsement or appropriate CDL**, or willingness to obtain the required endorsement before transporting passengers

• At least 3 years of licensed driving experience preferred

• Safe driving history

• Professional driving or passenger transportation experience preferred

• NEMT, senior transportation, healthcare, hospitality, chauffeur, or customer-service experience is a plus

• Comfortable assisting older adults and passengers with mobility needs

• Dependable, punctual, patient, and safety-conscious

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Comfortable using smartphone-based scheduling, GPS, and communication tools

• Ability to successfully complete required background, driving-record, and applicable pre-employment screenings


**CPR, AED and First Aid certification is required.**


Previous experience with wheelchair-accessible vehicles and wheelchair securement is a plus, but Haven will provide training on our vehicle, equipment, safety procedures, and service standards.


### Pay & Schedule


**$18–$20+ per hour**, based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and availability.


This is a **part-time / relief position**, with scheduling based on passenger needs and driver availability.


**Haven provides the company vehicle, fuel, commercial insurance, and required Haven training. No personal vehicle is required.**
