We're looking for a construction-savvy, relationship-driven sales professional who leads with expertise, listens with intent, and earns trust on every job site.

Responsibilities
• Receive qualified appointments through the Client Concierge team while proactively building your own pipeline through networking, referral partnerships, and community engagement
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and present tailored, solution-focused recommendations
• Guide clients through the full sales process with clear, proactive communication at every step - from first conversation to signed agreement
• Develop and nurture referral partnerships with contractors, builders, realtors, and other industry professionals to consistently generate new business
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, products, and market conditions to serve as a trusted advisor
• Represent Riverview Decks at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
• Track leads, pipeline activity, and client progress accurately using our CRM
• Uphold and embody Riverview Decks' core values in every client interaction
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• 2-5 years of construction industry experience - essential to success in this role
• A consultative mindset with strong closing skills and genuine follow-through
• Ability to listen deeply, build rapport quickly, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and sales tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments as needed
• Comfort and confidence operating as an independent contractor
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma (preferred)
