2. Manage ITSC and Ariba requests for new equipmentÂ
3. Oversee ordering IDsÂ
4. Collaborate on laptop configuration & installation
5. Address any questions from new employees regarding American Express including benefits, payroll, development tools, etc.Â
Requirements for On boarding Concierge Contractors:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsÂ
High degree of collaboration and partnershipÂ
Ability to analyze complex issues and resolve issues lacking clear ownershipÂ
Strong customer service mindset with ability to remain poised through challenging situationsÂ
Excellent project management documentation, tracking, and follow-up skillsÂ
