Job Summary

Bring your leadership to the forefront! As a Director of Concessions, you will oversee all aspects of concessions operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and efficiency. You will manage inventory, staffing, and customer service, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Levy work culture, building team member engagement and productivity
  • Oversee daily operations of all concession stands, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to prevent shortages and waste
  • Train and supervise concessions staff, fostering a high-performance team
  • Monitor sales and financials, implementing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Enhance guest experience by maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely product deliveries
  • Mentor Concessions managers to develop their skills and leadership abilities
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as needed

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in food & beverage multiple outlets or concessions management
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong nderstanding of financial concepts
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
