Position Summary
Stage Technician III collaborates with production staff to support the setup and breakdown (load-in and strike) of live events, ensuring equipment is installed safely, accurately, and in accordance with client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with on-site load-in and load-out of staging and production equipment per client requirements
  • Install stage elements including carpentry, trussing, and rigging components
  • Inspect equipment to ensure orders are complete and accurate for proper installation
  • Read and interpret plans, layouts, and blueprints
  • Support loading and unloading of trucks
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including equipment maintenance and minor repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience required
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction)
  • Positive work attitude and strong work ethic
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new equipment and processes
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time position
  • 8-hour day shift (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with additional OT hours as needed)
  • On-site role in Nashville, TN
