The right person for this role will be a strategic thinker, passionate and detail-oriented designer, and a highly-motivated, proactive individual that has the experience, ability and drive to manage multiple projects, establish a clear creative vision, and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams across the company.

You're fearless in trying new directions or techniques in order to create something new and push boundaries of what's been done before. You have your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices, and you're frequently sought out by other designers for input on their designs. You're both a sprinter and long-distance runner.

You'll concept everything from big campaign ideas and event experiences to cohesive design themes for email campaigns and what should go on a t-shirt. You'll art direct and design new creative campaigns, sizzle reels, animations, e-books, social campaigns, websites, presentations and anything else to tell our product and customer stories. You'll also create immersive experiences for our world-class events, including Dreamforce, the biggest technology conference in the world.
You are passionate about AI tools, learning new software, experimenting quickly, and excited by the unknown. You are equally passionate about your craft, with an acute eye for detail and a desire for pixel perfection whenever possible.

What else you'll do

  • Take full ownership of creative quality across all deliverables, including deck and file readiness (e.g., Figma files and presentations) for every review and final handoff.

  • Keen understanding and passion to learn about and share insights on design and industry trends

  • Create, concept, inspire others, and roll up their sleeves while bringing creative ideas to life; can deliver and receive direct and clear feedback

  • Ability to think big while operating at the lowest level of detail

  • Must be a self starter while being comfortable guiding teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners

  • Pursue creative excellence in all forms, from high-level campaign executions to demand generation

  • Proactively identify team efficiencies and share new ways to leverage AI
