We are seeking experienced line cooks to join our team at Xixòn, a busy, authentic Spanish restaurant known for delivering exceptional dishes and vibrant flavors. What We’re Looking For:

At least 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.

Strong proficiency in sauté station operations.

A passion for authentic Spanish cuisine and knowledge of traditional Spanish ingredients.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high-quality standards.

Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes, particularly on the sauté station.
