Government Special Security Officers (GSSO) R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (R&K) is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with an earned reputation for delivering best-value services in Information Technology, Program Security, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, Project and Program Management, Exercise Support and a variety of administrative services to Government agencies. R&K has an opportunity to provide support to Headquarters Air Combat Command's (HQ ACC) 414th Combat Training Squadron (414 CTS). support for SAP (Special Access Programs) vault operations in support of Red Flag (RF) exercises and limited WSINT support. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Title : Government Special Security Officers (GSSO) Location : Nellis AFB, NV Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Clearance: Must possess a Top-Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI, STO, SAP clearance. Start Date: Anticipated start date is mid-September to early October 2026, contingent upon award. Duties: GSSO's will support physical, personnel, and industrial security in both co-use SCIF/SAPFs IAW ACC SSO and HQ ACC A5/8ZX directives and policies. IAW directives from ACC SSO and HQ ACC A5/8ZX, GSSOs will manage the security aspects of SCIFs/SAPFs and co-use facilities simultaneously manning the role of the organization's STO GSSO, SSO SSR, and SAP GSSO. GSSOs will accomplish CAB indoctrinations in coordination with SME for US and multinational individuals. They will support Electronic Warfare (EW) taskings for classified warfare planning, briefings and debriefings for RF exercises. GSSO s will require access to COMSEC information at on-base locations. GSSO s will not require their own COMSEC account but maybe the COMSEC Custodians. Access will be coordinated with the sponsoring agency. GSSO will protect COMSEC material IAW directives deemed necessary by the installation COMSEC officer. Requirements, Relevant Knowledge and/or Skills Required: Experience: * 3 years' experience in listed field conducting security management support to TS/SCI, STO and SAP level programs supporting joint and multinational exercises. EW taskings will support joint, cyber, and space planning and logistical support of RF exercises. * Worked in Specialty Codes/Areas: 0080 or one year experience in classified vault management. * Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Clearance: * Must possess a Top-Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI, STO, SAP clearance. Knowledge and/or Skills: * Knowledge of physical, personnel, industrial, and information security. * Knowledge of STO, SAP, SCI, and Collateral information. * Knowledge of IJSTO CJCSI policies, CAB Management Plans, security CONOPS, and STO * requirements to manage STO operations as a STO/CAB GSSO. * Knowledge of coordinating multinational event requests, IT requests, and waivers for STO and * SAP/SCI. * Knowledge of PAR processing for STO and SAP/SCI personnel * Knowledge of SAP/ SCI guidance and policy at ACC, USAFWC, DIA, 57 WG, 5205.07, and * other relevant DoD Manuals. * Knowledge of STO, SAP/SCI Personnel Security to manage direct support of day-to-day * administration as well as requirements supporting exercises and events. * Basic Knowledge of COMSEC policies and procedures, COMSEC OI and Emergency Action * Plans/task. * Knowledge of access control management to include information security of access badge * systems.
