Fox TV StationsFOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Television Sales is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to grow advertising revenue across both broadcast television and digital platforms, including Connected TV (CTV) and streaming assets. This role is responsible for managing agency relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering integrated multi-platform advertising solutions that drive revenue growth across linear and digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing agency and advertiser accounts as assigned by sales leadership.

  • Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, with a particular focus on FOX Local Extension (FLX) CTV and FOX Local Streaming News platforms.

  • Drive revenue growth across linear television, digital, streaming, and zero-share accounts.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Client Services, and Insights teams to develop customized, client-focused multi-platform sales strategies and presentations.

  • Negotiate and close both linear and digital advertising deals to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, advertisers, and key decision-makers.

  • Leverage market insights, ratings data, and audience research to identify sales opportunities and position FOX offerings effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reporting, including weekly pipeline updates, pending/posting reports, and quarterly forecasts.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, digital advertising innovations, and competitive market activity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in broadcast television and digital advertising sales.

  • Proven experience selling digital media solutions, including CTV, OTT, streaming, or other advanced digital advertising platforms

  • Existing agency and advertiser relationships within the local media markets.

  • Strong understanding of media sales, account management, and new business development.

  • Experience negotiating both linear and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Knowledge of television ratings, audience measurement, and research tools, particularly Nielsen and Comscore.

  • Strong prospecting, presentation, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Close attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

On-target earnings: $155,000 - $165,000

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $116,250.00-123,750.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
