Job description

Summary
Responsible for managing the internal information systems function including computer operations, systems programming and networks. Analyzes the needs of functional departments and establishes priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop and/or modify information-processing systems. May coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system requirements, techniques and controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an IT strategy and budget aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate responses to customer and supplier cybersecurity assessments, due diligence questionnaires, remediation requests, and evidence submissions, ensuring responses are accurate, appropriately scoped, and aligned with internal governance, contractual, legal, and risk expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage IT support, issue resolution, and critical business system integrations with internal and external stakeholders, including EDI, Oracle financial processes, and external partner connections.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, licenses, telecom, cloud services, and related financial activities.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's information systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and availability of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement robust security measures to protect the organization's information systems and data.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry best practices to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and select external vendors, contractors, and service providers for IT projects and ongoing support.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • 10 years of proven experience as an IT manager or in a similar leadership role, overseeing information systems and infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing IT teams.
  • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience in IT systems, infrastructure, Oracle applications and databases, networking, and security, along with IT audit and compliance requirements, including SOX/JSOX controls, customer audits, and IT General Controls (ITGC) such as access governance, periodic user access reviews, and change management.
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proven track record of driving business operations and projects through effective collaboration with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications is a plus.

Salary Range: $132,400 - $178,800
