Job description

In addition to creating “Shop” drawings for fabrication, you will be responsible for creating and reading detailed installation plans for Plumbing and Mechanical (Hydronic) Piping, and HVAC.  Providing consistent and accurate material take-offs for purchasing is essential to this role.  3D modeling and navigating combined trade models in a 3D environment for coordination both internally and externally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Intermediate 3D modeling skills in AutoCAD

·         Motivated, adaptive, and strong personality

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Excellent abilities with computers and Microsoft Office products

·         Proficiency with Autodesk Products, ie: AutoCAD Fabrication, Revit

·         Strong Time-Management Skills

·         Strong Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

·         Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external staff

·         Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
