Seeking a Drafter to support the creation of technical drawings for industrial equipment (OEM). Responsibilities include processing orders, developing drawings, and improving workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The role offers opportunities for professional growth through process automation and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

  • Anticipate $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience
  • Benefits include: Health insurance, 401K, PTO/Vacation
  • Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), KCMO

Responsibilities

  • Execute general arrangement and manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Process daily orders and customer approval drawings.
  • Handle various drafting and design projects.
  • Standardize and improve drafting workflows and processes.
  • Track and enhance personal metrics for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Apply lean methodologies to improve throughput.
  • Assist with development projects and process automation with Engineering IT.

Qualifications
