Pay: $20-22/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30–6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
OT may be required Fridays & Saturdays

REQUIRED – Manufacturing Environment
  • 3+ years forklift experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
  • Computer skills
Role Overview

Hands-on role supporting material control, shipping & receiving, and inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse. This position combines forklift operation and ERP inventory work with a team.


Reports to: Inventory/Shipping Supervisor


Key Responsibilities

Material Control & Inventory

  • Pick, pull, and distribute materials using Epicor ERP
  • Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
  • Organize warehouse storage for efficiency and safety

Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments
  • Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments
  • Ensure shipping paperwork and documentation accuracy

Forklift Operation

  • Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Perform basic equipment upkeep (charging, fueling)

Safety

  • Follow PPE and warehouse safety requirements
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas
Qualifications
  • Forklift experience required
  • 3+ years warehouse/material control experience
  • Prior leadership experience given priority 
  • Computer skills required (Microsoft suite) 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience with EPICOR strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs team lift)
