Warehouse Associates play an important role in receiving, sorting, labeling, packaging, shipping, and inventory operations while helping ensure products are accurately prepared for customer distribution.

Responsibilities Warehouse OperationsReceive, sort, label, package, and organize products within the warehouse
Perform floor picking and prepare customer orders for shipment
Assist with shipping, receiving, and outbound distribution activities
Maintain accurate inventory organization and product handling
Support daily warehouse operations while meeting productivity and quality standards
Safely operate RF Scan Guns and labeling equipment
Follow all operating procedures for warehouse equipment
Report equipment issues or malfunctions promptly
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Identify and report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or quality concerns
Participate in ongoing safety training and continuous improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily production goals
Support cross-functional warehouse activities as needed
Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
Minimum 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center experience preferred
Experience with shipping, receiving, packaging, labeling, or order picking
Experience using RF Scan Guns is preferred
