Salary: CAD $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year Service Advisor (Technical Advisor) Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor (Technical Advisor) . Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory. Knowledge of SERTI is considered an asset.

This is a full-time, permanent position and is open to all qualified candidates. We offer a highly competitive compensation plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, opening repair orders, validating warranty coverage, preparing estimates for recommended and necessary repairs and maintenance, and presenting these recommendations to customers.

Therefore, you must be comfortable with sales and customer service.
