Love the independence of the open road? Get paid to travel!

What You'll Do:

Spend your weekdays exploring Northern California, Nevada, and the Northwest behind the wheel of a company vehicle. You'll transport and position our specialized surveillance equipment, then move on to your next destination. Your Week:

Monday - Friday travel throughout Northern CA, and NV with infrequent travel to other states such as OR, WA, and ID

Home every weekend

8-10 hour days with guaranteed minimum 30 hours/week

Company vehicle, fuel card, and all travel expenses covered

Overtime opportunities

What We're Looking For:

25+ years old with a clean driving record and valid driver's license

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Basic computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Access to high-speed internet at home (we'll pay for the upgrade!)

Why Join Delta Group?

Competitive starting pay: $22-27/hour based on experience

Full benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO

Job security: We've been in business since 1983 with 500+ employees nationwide

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time, including frequent driving, stopping, and maneuvering in varying traffic and weather conditions

Ability to sit for prolonged periods while driving, with intermittent standing, walking, bending, and reaching

Ability to maintain visual acuity to safely observe road conditions, traffic signals, pedestrians, and signage

Ability to hear and respond to audible signals, traffic sounds, and emergency alerts

Ability to enter and exit a vehicle multiple times per shift

Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds such as equipment, files, or tools

Ability to perform duties in outdoor environments, exposed to varying temperatures and weather conditions

The Reality Check:

This job means being away from home Monday-Friday with overnight hotel stays. You'll work alone and need to be self-motivated. If you have a family or prefer being home every night, this role may not be the right fit. But if you love the freedom of the road and exploring new places, this could be perfect for you.
