• Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical assessments and progress notes, in accordance with department policies and state regulations, ensuring that your documentation reflects client progress and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to formulate comprehensive treatment plans and discharge planners based on thorough psychosocial assessments, emphasizing evidence-based practices and individualized interventions.

• Provide ongoing counseling and crisis intervention for patients, effectively assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues to foster a stable and supportive recovery environment.

• Consult and coordinate effectively with families and support systems to facilitate a comprehensive approach to treatment and discharge planning that respects the unique needs of each client.

You will engage with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. This may include individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Your role is critical in promoting understanding and healing through the provision of compassionate care, therapeutic intervention, and emotional support, thereby contributing to improved client outcomes and community wellbeing.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients in an outpatient setting is essential, demonstrating your ability to navigate diverse client needs.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this role, indicating your solid foundation in mental health practices.

• Possession of a valid licensure in the state of Washington as either an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, ensuring your professional qualifications adhere to state regulations.

• Proficient computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with electronic medical record systems, word processing, and spreadsheets, enhancing your ability to efficiently manage client data and documentation.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate clients towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in remote environments, is a significant advantage, as it showcases adaptability and a nuanced understanding of client needs.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is encouraged to enhance the therapeutic process.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan with a matching contribution, paid parental leave, and wellness programs.
