Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical assessments and progress notes, in accordance with department policies and state regulations, ensuring that your documentation reflects client progress and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to formulate comprehensive treatment plans and discharge planners based on thorough psychosocial assessments, emphasizing evidence-based practices and individualized interventions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
