• Provide virtual or telephonic educational support to patients, addressing their unique needs with tailored guidance.
• Act as the primary point of contact between patients and healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that promotes optimal care.
• Assess and understand each patient's support requirements and interaction preferences, crafting a personalized experience that guides them through their treatment journey.
• Instruct patients on program policies and procedures, ensuring comprehension and adherence, while diligently documenting all relevant interactions in clinical charts.
• Maintain comprehensive records for each patient, including progress notes and status updates, to ensure continuity and quality of care.

You will work with a diverse population of individuals seeking support in a detox center environment. This clientele often faces unique challenges related to addiction and mental health, requiring sensitivity, understanding, and specialized knowledge to navigate their complex situations effectively.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required to ensure you possess the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Must hold an active LCSW license in the state of California, evidencing your qualification to practice independently.
• A minimum of three years of relevant counseling experience is essential, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to ensure clarity and effectiveness in interactions with patients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to thriving in a competitive and dynamic remote work environment is essential.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel, are necessary for documentation and communication.

Experience working in detox environments or with addiction patients is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and integrated care methodologies will also be advantageous in streamlining workflows and enhancing patient support.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
