As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' histories, needs, and goals, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in both individual and group settings.
• Facilitating psychoeducational groups that offer support and community connection, addressing common mental health concerns.
• Collaborating seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Providing crisis intervention services to patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engaging in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance service delivery.
