• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological needs, strengths, and areas of concern.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on meaningful engagement and growth for participants.
• Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops to provide clients with tools to manage mental health challenges and foster community support.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate resources for help.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse set of clients from various backgrounds, ages, and cultures, all navigating different mental health challenges. You will provide transformative care that is empathetic and reflective of the unique experiences each client brings to therapy.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and effective practices to promote healing and personal growth.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and practice standards.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and other computer applications to track participant progress and manage case documentation efficiently.

• Experience working with individuals dealing with diverse mental health issues, including trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Previous involvement in leading group therapy sessions or workshops aimed at mental health awareness and education.
• Proven track record of utilizing creative solutions and engaging therapeutic techniques to encourage client participation.
