About the Organization

At Inner Peace Mental Health Services, we pride ourselves on being a leading private outpatient practice committed to delivering high-quality mental health care to individuals, families, and children in our community. • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Document each client's treatment thoroughly, ensuring compliance with professional standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information and establish treatment baselines.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions consistently throughout the week, focusing on evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in ongoing individual supervision to refine skills and enhance professional development.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, staying open to learning and integrating new methodologies into practice.

Our services cater to a varied population, including adults, children, and families seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. As a counselor at Inner Peace, you will play a crucial role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. By providing quality care through telehealth, you ensure that more individuals can access the mental health resources they need in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) status.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with RMS systems, Excel, and communication tools such as Outlook and PIMSY.
  • Ability to conduct intake assessments efficiently and effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to various age groups.
  • Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • A collaborative approach in working with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance client care.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes a fee-for-service model, guaranteeing payment ahead of collections, bonus opportunities, and a supportive work environment that prioritizes clinician well-being.

  • In-house opportunities for professional cross-training.
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance, including supplemental options.
  • A robust 401k retirement plan with company contributions.
  • Malpractice insurance fully covered for clinicians.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Continued Professional Development with free CEUs on a variety of relevant mental health topics.
