Holliday's Helping Hands Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team. This fully remote full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals to provide high-quality, individualized mental health counseling for a stable, low-acuity adult population. This role allows you to create your schedule while maintaining a full-time commitment of over 30 hours per week or a part-time commitment of at least 5 hours per week. Our easy-to-use counseling platform supports your practice, allowing you to focus on delivering client care without the burden of excessive paperwork. Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will involve:

• Providing compassionate and ethical counseling services through video conferencing, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique needs, and developing personalized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Teaching clients effective coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and improved communication skills that empower them in their daily lives.

Our counseling services are designed to support stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, or adjustment issues. Your empathetic approach will play a vital role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and promoting long-term wellness.

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without supervision, along with a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent computer literacy, and the capability to maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection for remote sessions.

While not required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth counseling or work within a virtual healthcare environment will find themselves at an advantage. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques will also enhance your contribution to our diverse client base.

• A salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, dependent on hours worked.
