Forth Troon Diagnostic and Counseling Center is seeking dedicated, licensed mental health therapists to join our dynamic team as full-time Mental Health Counselors. This full-time position offers remote work flexibility, allowing team members to manage their schedules efficiently while focusing on patient care. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but some adjustments may be necessary to meet patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs, using standardized assessment tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that interventions are tailored to individual circumstances.
• Deliver therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing specific mental health issues and facilitating personal growth.
• Organize and lead psychoeducational groups, providing valuable insights and resources for patients struggling with common mental health challenges.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care for every patient.
• Provide crisis intervention services, equipped to handle emergencies and offer immediate support during acute mental health episodes.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, guiding them through treatment options and connecting them with community resources.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in mental health care.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and the latest evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy, showcasing adaptability to diverse patient backgrounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for fostering therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Commitment to upholding professional ethics and boundaries, demonstrating sound judgment in clinical practices.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with related computer applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings or community health clinics is preferred.
• A background in crisis intervention and management of acute mental health conditions is a plus.
• Experience assisting a diverse demographic, including underrepresented communities.
