Renewed Counseling Hub is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical and mental health histories, including their current situation, to personalize treatment approaches effectively.
• Prioritize and organize daily tasks by evaluating new, ongoing, and discharging patient needs, ensuring prompt and responsive care delivery.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, tailoring interventions to each individual's circumstances.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with patient goals and address their unique challenges.
• Perform psychosocial assessments that integrate social, cultural, and environmental factors influencing mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during difficult times, including bereavement and other significant life challenges.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the well-being of both staff and clients.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including email and word processing software, is necessary for documentation and communication.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth practices and ability to adapt therapeutic techniques for remote sessions is also desirable.
