Work Environment

This position will be carried out in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain an understanding of each patientโ€™s unique needs, developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practice standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help patients manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and promote healing among patients and families facing end-of-life issues.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and develop strategies for patients in distress, ensuring their safety and emotional support.
  • Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and pursuing continuing education opportunities.
