This role is 100% remote, ensuring flexibility and comfort for our therapists as they engage with clients through a secure telehealth platform. • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of clients, including thorough screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of various mental health disorders.
• Conduct supportive psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored for different age groups, ensuring age-appropriate methods are adhered to.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups for children, families, and multi-family interventions, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
• Coordinate with the client's family and other support systems, including educational and welfare agencies, to create an effective multi-systemic approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to agency policies and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in weekly clinical supervision to enhance your skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and teenagers experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Your expertise will be vital in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges while considering the developmental needs of younger clients.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid, independent state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) allowing you to practice in Oregon.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in electronic correspondence.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively.
• Demonstrated success in collaborative settings, working alongside families and community resources.
• Experience with Trauma-Informed Care principles and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS).

The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
