• Maintain a caseload of clients, developing and nurturing professional relationships to provide effective therapy tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and to plan for discharge when suitable, ensuring continuity of care.
• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to facilitate seamless care and compliance with regulations.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss case strategies and personal growth, contributing to ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Foster a growth mindset by embracing new learning opportunities and methodologies in mental health practice.

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families from various backgrounds. Many clients may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Currently licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon, with an unrestricted and active status.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating successful therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in using various computer systems, including Excel, Outlook, and mental health-specific software such as PIMSY for documentation and scheduling.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services, encompassing individual and family therapy.
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and formulating initial treatment strategies.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to outpatient counseling.
• Prior experience working collaboratively in a clinic that emphasizes comprehensive care and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Advanced skills in documentation and utilizing electronic health record systems for efficient treatment management.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and credentials.
