This position is designed to be entirely remote, allowing you to conduct your counseling practice from the comfort of your own home. We understand that flexibility is crucial, so we offer both full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (over 5 hours/week) options. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work using an easy-to-navigate counseling platform, which minimizes administrative burdens and maximizes your time spent on client care.

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients to share their experiences.
• Perform ongoing assessments of client needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals and progress.
• Empower clients by teaching them new coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills, fostering their independence and resilience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation with minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus more on client interaction rather than administrative tasks.
• Utilize an innovative counseling platform that supports remote therapy sessions while ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support in managing life’s challenges. Clients may present with issues such as mild anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Your focus will be on building rapport and guiding clients toward self-discovery and healing.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current, independent state license as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD, with no disciplinary actions.
• Proven ability to work independently, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
• Reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate seamless virtual sessions.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy practices is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations within an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating and implementing effective treatment plans.
