The successful candidate will work in a remote setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining a supportive and collaborative virtual environment. As part of a dedicated team of mental health professionals, you will engage in regular virtual meetings, case discussions, and clinical supervision, ensuring that you remain connected and supported in your role. Our outpatient office setting allows for focus on individual treatment plans in a structured, yet flexible format.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in line with standard practice guidelines, addressing each client's unique diagnoses and needs.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic treatment models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during client sessions.
• Oversee and provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with community professionals and organizations to create cross-system treatment plans for clients, enhancing the continuum of care.
• Respond to and effectively manage crisis situations, performing assessments to determine the urgency of patient needs and coordinating appropriate interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive intake sessions, including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, to properly formulate initial treatment needs and diagnoses.
• Deliver educational training and relevant clinical topics to team members, promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement within the organization.
• Utilize electronic medical records efficiently, ensuring proper documentation while minimizing paperwork burdens.
• Integrate cognitive behavioral interventions in various settings, empowering individuals, families, and communities through targeted therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families facing complex mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Furthermore, you will have a specific focus on assisting mothers and marginalized communities who often encounter unique barriers to accessing mental health resources.

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload while effectively liaising with large providers and support staff.
• A strong passion for making a meaningful impact in the field of behavioral care, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and strong computer skills in Windows applications for clinical documentation and communication.
• Thorough understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

• Experience working with evidence-based practices that positively influence treatment outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with and support diverse populations, particularly those encountering socioeconomic challenges.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or mental health education initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
