Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in line with standard practice guidelines, addressing each client's unique diagnoses and needs.
  • Utilize diverse therapeutic treatment models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during client sessions.
  • Oversee and provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with community professionals and organizations to create cross-system treatment plans for clients, enhancing the continuum of care.
  • Respond to and effectively manage crisis situations, performing assessments to determine the urgency of patient needs and coordinating appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake sessions, including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, to properly formulate initial treatment needs and diagnoses.
  • Deliver educational training and relevant clinical topics to team members, promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement within the organization.
  • Utilize electronic medical records efficiently, ensuring proper documentation while minimizing paperwork burdens.
  • Integrate cognitive behavioral interventions in various settings, empowering individuals, families, and communities through targeted therapeutic techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families facing complex mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Furthermore, you will have a specific focus on assisting mothers and marginalized communities who often encounter unique barriers to accessing mental health resources.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload while effectively liaising with large providers and support staff.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
