This position is uniquely structured to provide comfortable, accessible remote work, allowing you to deliver therapy sessions from your chosen environment while meeting the needs of clients across the region. Our organization prioritizes a healthy work-life balance, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health clients through virtual sessions, focusing on identifying needs and developing individualized treatment strategies.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client, utilizing therapeutic modalities that align with their unique goals and challenges.
• Lead engaging therapy sessions that promote open dialogue and provide clients with coping strategies, life skills, and emotional support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment protocols in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies for optimal patient care, while navigating support in scheduling and billing.

Our clinic serves a diverse array of clients, predominantly focusing on individuals facing low-acuity mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes preventative care and early intervention, ensuring that clients receive appropriate support before issues escalate. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals and families from various backgrounds, allowing for a fulfilling and varied caseload.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active licensure in the State of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• A strong proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with the Google Suite and EHR software, is essential for documentation and client management.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting, ideally working with varied patient populations.
• Experience in providing virtual therapy sessions is a plus, reflecting adaptability to remote care models.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, you will enjoy a robust benefits package that includes:
