• Provide individual counseling through video sessions, maintaining ethical and compassionate practices.
• Employ solution-focused therapy techniques to address client needs effectively.
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Facilitate client self-discovery by helping them gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as needed and encouraging the development of healthy coping mechanisms.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Utilize a user-friendly and integrated platform for documentation, scheduling, and communication with clients.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our intent is to assist clients in developing skills tailored to their circumstances to enhance their quality of life. By creating a supportive environment, you will help individuals uncover their potential and foster their autonomy in managing mental health challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses; a clean professional record without disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client interaction.
• Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
• Proficiency in implementing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
• A background in working with diverse populations is preferred, enabling you to tailor your approach to meet clients' unique cultural and personal contexts.

This full-time telehealth counselor position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, the convenience of weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for eligible full-time employees.
