Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
  • Document client interactions and progress meticulously, including timely updates to treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate initial treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions multiple times per week, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care.
