The Mental Therapeutic Consulting Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote, telehealth team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually. This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to create a seamless virtual experience for both clinicians and clients. • Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as appropriate.
• Create, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Document client interactions and progress meticulously, including timely updates to treatment plans and progress notes.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate initial treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions multiple times per week, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health outpatient setting is mandatory.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with remote management systems, Excel spreadsheets, and communication tools like Outlook and PIMSY.
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Capable of conducting thorough intake assessments with confidence and accuracy.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly for diverse populations.
