Job description

We are looking for a Senior AI Research Scientist to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in deep reinforcement learning and a passion for applying cutting-edge research to real-world challenges in cancer surgery precision.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field (a PhD. in one of those field is a major bonus)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in medical imaging, AI, machine learning, or deep learning
  • Experience in Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) (experience in academic and/or internship settings will be considered)
  • Proficient in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
  • Strong communication skills in English

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $180,000–$200,000
  • Performance-based bonus
  • 3% 401(k) annual contribution
