We are currently seeking a Senior CAD Designer/Drafter. Under direct supervision from a Senior CAD Designer, Engineer, or Project Manager, the selected candidate will provide support to engineers for drawing layouts, details, diagrams, and sketches, as well as provide supporting software computational work. This position is eligible for our full benefits package including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Spending Account (HSA), My Flex Time (MFT - paid time off), 401K, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The pay range for this position is $25.00-$45.00 an hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location. The deadline to apply is 7/9/26.
Your Role:
  • Use CAD software to develop various drawings (e.g., plans, P & IDs, details)
  • Develop layouts from design concepts computing various dimension, angels, etc. as necessary
  • Prepare three-dimensional models for use in computations and designs
  • Complete finished drawings and graphics for submittals to clients
  • Check drawings for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with development and maintenance of CAD standards

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree (or equivalent) preferred
  • 5+ years of experience or training
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and similar software
  • Proficiency in the use of Plant 3D is required
  • Good mathematical skills and fundamentals in geometry and trigonometry
  • Working knowledge of supporting software: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Strong ability to communicate with teammates on project blockers, updates on assignments, and overall responsiveness via email and MS Teams
