Corporate / Growth Account Executive

Snapshot: $100K base · $200K OTE (50/50, uncapped) + equity · New York (Flatiron) · Hybrid (3 days in office) · No visa sponsorship · 4+ yrs sales / 2+ yrs closing

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a well-funded, growth-stage developer platform (~70 people, founded 2019) that lets developers manage image data, annotate datasets, train computer-vision models, and deploy via API or edge. This is a growth-focused, full-cycle role owning high-intent inbound leads from demo through expansion and renewal across SMB, mid-market, and junior-enterprise accounts adopting computer vision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Qualify and manage inbound leads with discovery, demos, and closes (30–90 day cycles). Grow and expand customer accounts, including renewals with self-serve clients. Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and inform product. Monitor pipeline daily and improve the sales process. Handle technical objections and communicate value to developer audiences.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 90 days: ramp on a technical product, convert inbound pipeline, and hit early targets. First year: consistently close and expand accounts, and help refine the growth playbook.

MUST-HAVES

4+ years high-volume sales with a proven track record; 2+ years closing (SaaS at startups preferred); comfort selling technical products to developers.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Computer vision, ML, developer-tools, or data-tooling sales experience; technical background or genuine technical curiosity.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$100K base (USD), $200K OTE on a 50/50 split with uncapped commission, competitive equity.

LOCATION & WORK MODEL

Hybrid, 3 days in office in the Flatiron district, New York.
