ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ~Responsible for district-wide support of computer related technologies including hardware, software, and user support, proactively when possible.ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Troubleshoot desktop PC and network issues.


Starting Date: 2026/2027 School Year
Compensation: Based on experience and ย Technical Services Agreement
Requirements:ย 




  • Minimum Requirements: An Associate's degree (or higher) in Information Systems or a related computer field, OR a minimum of 2 years of relevant ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย technology-related work experience.
  • Alternative Pathway: Current, relevant trade certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or Google) may be considered in lieu of the work experience requirement.
  • Hardware Certification: PC maintenance and printer certification required.
  • Proven experience supporting and managing Windows hardware and operating systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing MDM solutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred experience working within a K-12 educational environment.
  • Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's License and transportation from building to building.
