We are a Computer Consulting company based in Las Vegas, providing a broad range of IT services to our clients, from Network Design and Support to Desktop Support. We are looking for a skilled and personable IT Technician to join our team. If you have excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients resolve technical issues, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere consistently to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide timely and accurate verbal and written status reports.

  • Create, manage, and resolve trouble tickets effectively.

  • Maintain attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

  • Communicate clearly and follow up on tasks and unresolved issues.

  • Present technical information with clarity and professionalism.

  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Have reliable transportation (a must).

  • Be flexible with occasional overtime and rotational On-Call schedules.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Managing user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting.

  • End-User Support: Providing assistance with Microsoft Office and various Microsoft Operating Systems.

  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving Wide Area and Local Area Network issues.

  • Routers, Firewalls, and Network Security: Configuration and troubleshooting.

  • Software Troubleshooting: Working with applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and other software packages.

  • Web-Based Technologies: Basic understanding of web technologies and coding (a plus).

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are preferred but not required.
