Job Title: Computer Systems Analysts

Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Gather and translate finance business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
  2. Support PeopleSoft Finance enhancements, configuration, integrations, workflows, reporting, production operations, and related business processes.
  3. Develop and execute test strategies, scenarios, test data, and scripts while supporting integration, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
  4. Analyze data, system impacts, integrations, and business processes while providing documentation, stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6–9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, including hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft Finance or comparable enterprise financial systems.

Technical Skills

PeopleSoft Finance, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, SQL/Data Analysis, System Integration, Functional Testing, Process Modeling, Production Support

Business / Domain Skills

Financial Operations, Requirements Management, Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile Delivery

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
