Job description

SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER
The company is seeking a Senior Systems Engineers to provide SETA support at Ft. Gordon, GA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess systems, determine problems, provide solutions to issues that arise, design systems, upgrade systems, maintain systems and brainstorm possible improvements that can be made to a system in the future.
  • Primary responsibilities include: Speaking to and collaborating with a variety of people, such as clients, vendors, management, and information technology (IT) staff during the creation and maintenance of a system.
  • Creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization's quality standards.
  • Engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational.
  • Developing a cost-efficient system for projects by performing a cost-benefit analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's Degree in engineering or computer science
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering supporting DoD programs (two additional years of experience in industry may be substituted for 1 year of DoD experience):

SECURITY CLEARANCE
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI w/Poly clearance required
TRAVEL
• Some travel may be required.
