Responsibilities

We are looking for an ERP Systems Analyst to help optimize and scale the systems that power our business. Reporting to the Associate Director, IT Systems, this role will serve as a key partner to Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and external business partners to improve processes, strengthen integrations, and maximize the value of our NetSuite ERP platform.

This role combines technical expertise, business process analysis, and systems administration. You will help drive ERP enhancements, support critical business operations, and build scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the organization.

The ERP Systems Analyst's primary responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to:

ERP Administration & Support

  • Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with users to identify and resolve business challenges.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and adherence to governance standards.

Supply Chain & Business Process Optimization

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support and optimize key workflows across procurement, inventory management, production planning, order management, fulfillment, and financial operations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements that support Spindrift's continued growth.

Systems Integrations

  • Support ERP integration initiatives that improve connectivity across supply chain and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and implement enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through system integrations and workflow improvements.

Business Systems Strategy & Governance

  • Partner with business teams to evaluate new system needs and recommend solutions aligned with Spindrift's technology roadmap.
  • Maintain system documentation, process maps, training materials, and support resources.
  • Conduct periodic audits of user access and application licensing to improve security and optimize software spend.
  • Ensure business systems adhere to Spindrift's security, compliance, and governance standards.

Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or business systems within a growing organization.
  • 3+ years of firsthand NetSuite experience, including administration, configuration, and user support.
  • Experience supporting co-manufacturing, supply chain, consumer products, food & beverage, or distribution environments strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting ERP integrations and cross-functional business processes.
  • Experience implementing NetSuite application additions including Suite Apps and 3rd Party NetSuite software add-ons to support business processes.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Parabola, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven management of multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative, curious, and energized by building scalable solutions.

Working Conditions

  • Must be available to work from our Newton, MA office at least 4 days a week.
