DEPT: DHT CLIM AMB & CARD
Full-Time
This position will often be IN-PERSON. Not entirely remote.
Successful candidates must live locally (within approximately one hour of Dayton, Ohio area)
Work-from-home is available on occasions. While this person will not work in the office every day, this person must be available to come onsite often for meetings and emergencies.
Provides advanced-level programming and systems analysis support for a broad array of strategic/tactical projects as assigned.
Participates in all areas of project life cycle, including: project definition, project estimating, systems design, computer programming, systems implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and documentation. Particular emphasis is placed on the implementation of integrated hospital/corporate computer systems.
Functionally provides technical guidance to entry- and intermediate-level programming staff
Acts as leader and coordinator of team assignments and goals
Has no administrative supervisory responsibility
Is free to interact within general guidelines in a broad scope of responsibility to recommend, design, develop, and implement information systems that meet departmental objectives within functional area of responsibility
Is required to draw upon his/her practical experience, and demonstrate development of extensive operational technical knowledge as well as advanced knowledge in developing business relationships and partnerships
Demonstrates the ability to integrate advanced technical skills with knowledge of the business to provide effective information systems solutions
Demonstrates the ability to handle all activities of developing an information system, from initial project review and scope definition to final systems implementation, with only minor supervision and direction
Will respond to the software malfunctions of assigned systems and provide support and assistance to operations and users to correct and avoid future recurrence of production application problems
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate Degree w/6+ years job experience & 3 years ERP experience & Epic Certification required.

Bachelor Degree w/4+ years job experience & 2 years ERP experience & Epic Certification required.
IT area of study or related area required. Related areas of study include Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiology, Mathematics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
Licensure: Not Applicable
Certification: Project Management Certification is preferred
Experience: Please see the experience requirements located in the education section. Requires knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, and good analytical and documentation skills
