Senior Systems Analyst

Capstone Research Corporation is seeking to expand our team. We provide high level engineering to the Department of War with Integrated Air and Missile Defense Systems Engineering expertise to solve the tough interoperability problems facing Warfighters today. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Analyst who will support USAF Program Acquisition Element Command, Control, Communications, Battle Management (PAE C3BM) in Dayton, Ohio. The Senior Systems Analyst will lead assigned technical and integration efforts in support of USAF initiatives. This senior level position is instrumental in developing joint command, control, communications and battle management (C3BM) and integrated air missile defense (IAMD) solutions for insertion into USAF service systems and acquisition strategy. The position requires collaboration across military services, industry partners, and DoD stakeholders to ensure mission-aligned capability development and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced command, control, communications and battle management (C3BM) for insertion into service programs
  • Participate in development and execution of systems engineering plans for the effort to include development of architectures, requirements, interface specifications, and associated trade studies and analysis
  • Support requirements capture for associated doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLFP-P) requirements in support of service acquisition strategies
  • Support the development of integrated test and verification plans for the effort and oversee their execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across DoD agencies, industry, and technical teams to address system integration challenges and resolve capability gaps
  • Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to high-ranking Government stakeholders

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test, incorporating complex threat scenarios
  • Experience with C3BM and IAMD technologies, operational concepts and components such as sensors and networks
  • Experience with various C3/sensor/information fusion technologies and approaches
  • Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 20-25% of the time to various destinations
  • Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
  • BS STEM Degree (MS Preferred) with 9+ years of technical and project management experience
  • Must be US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent/9+ years experience with C3BM and IAMD warfighting concepts and execution
  • 5+ years experience running complex system of systems programs/projects across their lifecycle
  • Ability to grow technical efforts and take on task leadership for the customer and Company
