POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Integration Analyst is an experienced level position reporting to the Manager of the IT Integration Office (ITIO).
  • The ITIO is responsible for overall governance and quality assurance of the client's IT department.
  • The ITIO serves to provide support for financial and administration processes, such as, process mapping, measurement, metrics, reconciliations, contract and software management, human capital, training, etc. - across the division and in support of the overall enterprise.
  • The role of an IT Integration Analyst:
  • Lead assigned/applicable ITIO efforts, ensuring matters are effectively managed in compliance with financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate strategic direction from leadership into detailed action plan
  • Facilitate process definition, mapping and data set identification
  • Engineer and implement standard processes in a matrixed environment whereby data can be aggregated and used in repeatable health assessments
  • Identify cross department interconnections and correlations to ensure holistic governance and data driven reporting
  • Support existing IT homeroom processes to generate data standardization and decision recommendations
  • Drive compliance and cost-optimization programs, lead reconciliations, support complex audits, benchmarks, etc.
  • Supplier and contract management, including the review, negotiation, utilization, and tracking of IT vendor agreements, maintenance contracts, and software licensing terms
  • Participate in various special assignments related to general IT organization, projects, cost reduction initiatives and coordination
  • This individual operates with strategic foresight, analytical precision, and a collaborative spirit; balancing operational rigor with creative problem-solving.
  • Works well in a team-based organization
  • The position requires a strong combination of analytical, contractual, and technical skills to optimize IT value, reduce risk, and ensure cost-effective management of technology resources.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT Management, IT Procurement, or Contract Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.
  • Advanced skills in MS365 tool suite, Microsoft Excel, and reporting/analytics tools

Master's degree preferred with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT contracts, including vendor negotiations and compliance tracking
  • Strong understanding of IT best practices, ISO, CMMC, ITIL, and other IT governance frameworks

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science degree in related field is required.
WORK HOURS
Full-Time 5/40, workweek.
