Job Description Job Description Information Systems Technical Analyst 3 Job Summary: In this pivotal role, you will lead data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that drive organizational efficiency and governance. Your expertise will support enterprise-wide IT integration efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making and cost optimization. Responsibilities: Define, develop, and enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Build and maintain metrics dashboards and analytical tools. Utilize the full MS365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, etc.) to create collaborative and analytical mechanisms. Integrate diverse data sets and SharePoint sites across departments to ensure seamless data flow.

Lead assigned IT Integration Office initiatives, ensuring effective management and execution. Translate strategic directives into detailed action plans and process definitions. Facilitate process mapping, data standardization, and maturity assessments.

Engineer and implement standardized processes for data aggregation and health assessments in a matrixed environment. Identify interdepartmental data connections to support holistic governance and reporting. Support existing IT processes to standardize data and generate actionable decision recommendations.

Drive compliance, cost-reduction programs, and participate in audits, benchmarks, and reconciliations. Contribute to special projects related to IT organization, cost management, and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

8+ years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline; Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience preferred. Extensive proficiency in MS365 tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting/analytics platforms. Professional certification in process engineering, data analytics, or similar is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks such as ISO, CMMC, and ITIL. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to both executive and SME audiences. Proven ability to develop innovative solutions, work effectively in a team, and operate with strategic foresight.

Ability to manage multiple projects, lead cross-departmental initiatives, and ensure solutions align with organizational objectives. Additional requirements may include travel or specific certifications as needed. Pandologic.
