Under general direction, develops functional specifications and coordinates the implementation and testing of modifications and enhancements of agency wide business systems; performs a variety of analytical and technical duties in support of fiscal and compliance responsibilities of Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) and/or its client agencies and acts as liaison between users and information technology staff to develop technology-based business solutions

Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Experience: Three years of experience providing technical systems support and coordinating testing within automated business systems. Additional Requirements: A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites is required.
