Job description

Position Summary

Are you a strong communicator who likes to think critically? Join our Life Sciences team as a Business Systems Analyst who serves as an important liaison between various internal departments and IT, leading the development and implementation of systems enhancements and changes. In this role, you will lead training to support new software implementation and drive the ongoing adoption. You will also provide ongoing technical and process support and assist with the development and testing of software changes.

Location: Preference will be given to those candidates currently living within commuting distance of Greater Cleveland, Ohio.

This role isnoteligible for Visa Sponsorship or H1B Transfer.

What You'll do as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Interact with all levels of the Life Sciences Service Business to identify system bugs and enhancements, including writing requirements documents, user stories, functional documentation and business process documentation, to ensure positive user experience.
  • Work with Operation Managers and IT Business Relationship Manager to identify process and system enhancements to meet business needs, including acting as the IT liaison.
  • Assist with the development, testing, and communication of system releases and upgrades.
  • Maintain and deliver user training to support new systems enhancements or system implementation and support ongoing adoption.
  • Exhibits a commitment to the shared values of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement through ensuring defect-free workmanship, assisting others to meet the customer's needs, searching for efficient and effective ways to reduce waste, being active and accountable for customer satisfaction, and satisfying the customer's needs with a sense of urgency.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration with a tech/analytics focus or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years related Salesforce experience required

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or other Salesforce certification preferred
  • Understanding of Salesforce Field Service functionalities (scheduling, Mobile, Dispatch Console, Assets, Work Orders) preferred
  • Two years of analysis-related or project management experience preferred
  • Experience with Jira is helpful
  • Preference will be given to those candidates currently living within commuting distance of Greater Cleveland, Ohio

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Oracle (or similar ERP system)

Pay range for this opportunity is $68,638 - $88,825. This position is eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
