Job Summary

Part of a larger team delivering high quality Computer, Network, Storage and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions, on-going support to the business. Independently completes and leads infrastructure project assignments. Plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure. Provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Produces technical documentation, support and configuration. Helps manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms including upgrading systems. Monitor system performance, and install and configure hardware. Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, Business Analysts to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage AEP's technology standards, architectures and best practices.

Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain UiPath automations (RPA), .NET applications and Power Automate business applications
  • Provide Level 2 production support forbusinessapplications, including custom and vendor-based solutions.
  • Maintain application availability and performance, and strict adherence to SLA requirements.
  • Triaging, analyzing, and resolving ServiceNow Incidents and Service Requests (Sev1-Sev4) within defined SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
  • Support and troubleshoot applications running on enterprise application servers.
  • Perform application maintenance, enhancements, and modifications based onissues/bugs andbusiness requirements.
  • Execute upgrades, patches, configuration changes, certificate renewals, andenvironmenthealth checks.
  • Work within ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
  • Collaborate with offshore support teams to ensure seamless 24x7 operational coverage.
  • Participate in DR testing/validations, post patching validations, and storm mode validations
  • Participate inoncallrotations and provide after-hours or weekend support asrequired.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
  • Support audit activities by responding to audit inquiries and evidence requestsin accordance withestablished controls and policies.

What we're looking for:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Experience:

  • 7 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Core Skills & Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with: UiPath, Power Automate, .NET,
  • Develop, enhance, and support UiPath automations
  • Proven experience in Level 2 production supportforhighavailabilitysystems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, andproblemsolvingskills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating withcrossfunctionaland offshore teams.
  • Understandingweb-based application architectures, including RESTful APIs, SOAP-based web services, and enterprise service integrations.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Database, including advanced SQL and PL/SQL (functions, procedures, packages).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
