Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of ecommerce, including payment systems, PCI compliance, customer navigation expectations, checkout flow, and order management concepts.
  • Develop and maintain software programs and components using modern development methodologies.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot software programs across multiple platforms and servers.
  • Administer and maintain business systems across multiple platforms and servers.
  • Collaborate with Operations Staff, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and Senior Developers to design new features and resolve problems.
  • Utilize technical tools to deliver timely and high-quality products that exceed the end user's expectations.
  • Learn and research new systems, languages, technologies, and patterns.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an ERP administrator and/or Developer (currently using NetSuite.Other ERP such as MS Dynamics or other packages accepted)
  • 2+ years of experience with relational database management.
  • 2+ years of experience with EDI and System Integrations.
  • Familiarity with API-based communication systems employing both SOAP and REST protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with the full software development lifecycle and project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with the Shopify retail platform, including REST and GraphQL integration.
  • Familiarity with AGILE software development methodologies.
  • Experience with responsive web design frameworks.
